Privacy Policy

MSV Agency operates MSV Connect for loan lead management, DSA operations, customer document collection, credit-facilitation workflows and communication with eligible banks/NBFCs/authorised partners.

Information We May Collect

• Name, mobile, email, date of birth, gender and address.
• PAN and other legally permitted KYC/identity information supplied by the customer.
• Employment, business, income, salary, ITR/financial, bank statement, GST/Udyam and loan requirement information.
• Loan application details, lender preference, status and supporting documents.
• Credit information only where lawfully obtained through an authorised arrangement and with required consent.
• Consent records, audit logs, login/security logs, IP/device information where reasonably required.

Purpose

Data is used to process loan enquiries, assess basic eligibility, communicate with customers and DSAs, share relevant data with selected/eligible banks/NBFCs or authorised partners, perform credit checks where separately authorised, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

Personal data is shared only where necessary for the stated purpose, with appropriate consent or where otherwise permitted/required by law.

Retention & Deletion

Personal data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, contractual/audit needs and applicable law. Thereafter it should be securely deleted or anonymised unless lawful retention is required.

Security

MSV Agency uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards including role-based access, authentication, audit logs, secure transmission/storage and confidentiality obligations.
