DSA / Agent Agreement

This Agreement is between MSV AGENCY and __________________ ('DSA/Agent') effective from __________.

Appointment & Scope

The DSA is appointed on a non-exclusive basis to source genuine loan enquiries, assist with authorised document collection and coordinate applications only within products/processes permitted by MSV Agency and applicable partner arrangements.

DSA Obligations

• Obtain customer consent before collecting/uploading personal documents.
• Keep MSV Connect credentials confidential.
• Never guarantee loan approval, rate, sanction amount or disbursal.
• Never fabricate, alter or suppress customer information/documents.
• Never collect unauthorised fees or route disbursal/repayment through personal accounts.
• Share customer data only through approved channels for the relevant application.
• Immediately report suspected data breach, credential compromise, fraud or customer complaint.

Commission

Payout shall be governed by the applicable written payout schedule, eligibility conditions, taxes/TDS and reversal/clawback policy.

Confidentiality & Termination

Customer information is confidential. MSV Agency may suspend or terminate access for fraud, mis-selling, unauthorised charges, data misuse, credential sharing, document manipulation or material violation.
