1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

MSV CONNECT is a loan lead management and facilitation platform used by authorized agents/DSAs and administrators to submit and process customer loan applications, upload supporting documents, track case status, manage loan-related workflow and access related services.

This policy applies to information processed through the MSV CONNECT Android application and the MSV CONNECT web platform.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on the service and loan product selected, we may process information such as:

• Customer name, mobile number and email address.
• Date of birth, gender and residential/contact details.
• PAN details and PAN card documents.
• Aadhaar details and Aadhaar documents provided by the customer.
• Co-applicant details and documents, where applicable.
• Requested loan amount, loan product and application details.
• Employment, salary, income or business-related information.
• Bank statements, ITR/Form 16 and financial documents voluntarily provided for loan processing.
• Property, vehicle, insurance, registration, driving licence or other supporting documents, where relevant.
• DSA/agent and administrator account/login information.
• Lead status, approval, disbursement and payout-related records.
• Technical information necessary to maintain security and application functionality.

3. Camera, Photos and File Uploads

MSV CONNECT may allow users to use the device camera or system file/photo picker when the user chooses to capture or upload a document.

Camera access and file selection are used for document capture and upload purposes, including KYC and supporting loan documents. We do not use the camera in the background.

4. Credit Information Services

Where MSV CONNECT provides credit-report, credit-score, CIBIL, CRIF or similar services, relevant information may be submitted to authorized third-party service providers only for the requested service and subject to applicable consent, contractual and legal requirements.

MSV CONNECT does not guarantee any specific credit score, eligibility, loan approval or lending decision.

5. How We Use Information

• Creating, reviewing and managing loan applications.
• Verifying customer and application information.
• Receiving and managing supporting documents.
• Communicating lead, processing, approval, rejection, disbursement and payout status.
• Facilitating communication and application processing with banks, NBFCs or other regulated financial institutions, where applicable.
• Providing requested credit-report or verification-related services.
• Operating DSA/agent and administrator workflows.
• Providing customer support and resolving technical or service issues.
• Protecting the platform from fraud, misuse or unauthorized access.
• Complying with applicable legal, regulatory or contractual requirements.

6. Sharing of Information

Where necessary for the requested service, relevant information may be shared with banks, NBFCs, regulated financial institutions, authorized verification/credit service providers, technology service providers or other service providers involved in processing the application or operating the platform.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law, court order, government authority or regulatory requirement.

MSV AGENCY does not sell personal information to advertisers for advertising purposes.

7. PAN, Aadhaar and Other Identity Documents

PAN, Aadhaar and other identity documents are processed only when users or authorized agents provide them for the requested loan or verification workflow. Access to such information is intended to be limited to authorized persons and service providers involved in the relevant process.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse or loss. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain application/case records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal, regulatory, accounting or contractual obligations.

When information is no longer required, it may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable requirements and operational needs.

10. Data Access, Correction and Deletion Requests

Users may contact MSV AGENCY to request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information. We may verify the requester's identity before processing a request.

Certain records may need to be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, financial-institution or legitimate record-keeping purposes.

11. Loan and Financial Services Disclaimer

MSV CONNECT may facilitate loan application processing between customers, DSAs/agents and third-party banks/NBFCs or financial institutions. Final eligibility, approval, interest rates, fees, repayment terms, sanctions and disbursement decisions are made by the relevant financial institution according to its own policies and applicable regulations.

Submission of an application through MSV CONNECT does not guarantee loan approval or disbursement.

12. Third-Party Services

The platform may use third-party services or APIs for functions such as verification, credit-information services, communications, payment processing or other application operations. Information processed by third parties may also be subject to their respective privacy policies and applicable laws.

13. Children's Privacy

MSV CONNECT is intended for adults using loan and financial-services workflows and is not intended for children under 18 years of age.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, legal or regulatory requirements, technology or business practices. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
